---About Team Building Activity of Yuechun Hot Spring Village of Tengchong in Beihai Wetland

On June 30, 2017, under the leadership of General Manager Zhaxi Yangzong, a group of 23 people from Yuechun Hot Spring Village of Tengchong held a spectacular team building activity in “Diancai Tengchong, Magic Wetland”. During the activity, the newly built water-playing platform, waterfront trestle road and water trestle road complex in the wetland scenic area bring a fresh of air, and all participants appreciated that facilities in the wetland scenic area improved greatly with more interesting entertainments.

With the introduction made by a professional tour guide, members of Yueton Hot Spring Village of Tengchong who participated in the team building activity saw the positive effects of “Diancai Tengchong, Magic Wetland” on protecting the ecological environment of Tengchong Beihai area and carrying out the project of “returning farmland to wetland”, and fully understood great significance that the wetland, as “the kidney of the earth”, has brought to the human society.

The team building activity of Yuechun Hot Spring Village consisted of six parts including Chicken Turns Phoenix, Dragon Boat Race on Floating Grassland, Fish Treading Contest and The Magical Brush and other activities to strengthen team cooperation among employees of various department. The poor weather condition that day did not affect participants who were enthusiastic in various activities, especially in the process of participating in Dragon Boat Race on Floating Grassland and Fish Treading Contest, among which all team members were fearless of terrible weather and contributed their best performance, leaving cheerful laughter on the grassland. At last, through concerted efforts, members of Yuechun Village harvested a typical local delicacy --- a type of fresh fish unique to Beihai Wetland --- on the Special Hole of the floating grassland.

       On the water trestle road with charming scenery and fresh air in the wetland scenic area, the members of Yuechun Hot Spring Village also extemporaneously carried out a water yoga course --- Heaven and Man in One. Under the guidance of professional yoga coaches, while slowly stretching their bodies, all members deeply breathed the most pure air in the wetland in a light drizzle. After the fresh air circulated within their body, all members felt so relaxed and refreshed and full of vitality in their limbs and bones. This is the outdoor yoga experience, a novel special wetland program, aiming to provide each participant with a reflection on how people can live harmoniously with nature.

 At the end of the event, all participants of Yuechun team building activity attended in a unique dinner party featuring cold dishes on water trestle road. It proved to be such a great pleasure for each member to enjoy a delicious and delightful meal in this beautiful and agreeable environment.

Sitting on the trestle road, watching constantly changing clouds from distant mountains, egrets flying now and then, fish jumping out occasionally, andsculling boats passing through the vast green meadow, everyone could feel it seemed those things were fixed at this moment. And this team building activity organized by Tengchong Yuechun Hot Spring Village had its happy ending.
